The room was very clean and I loved the vinyl flooring. It’s so much cleaner than carpet. The staff were helpful when we asked about food delivery and gave us a list to all the restaurants. They offered a free breakfast but we didn’t have time to eat. It looked delicious though.
I enjoyed the property immensely and I am very OCD about cleanliness. It met my expectations.

comfort of bed and especially pillows. The breakfast is a joke! Seriously….scrambled eggs from a bag!?!? Is it that much work to actually whip some fresh? We pay for it. Also, bread/bagels stale, toaster didn’t work and everything was full of fat and processed!

The breakfast was the worst hotel food I had ever seen. The sausage and eggs were literally swimming in grease. I picked up one piece of sausage and the grease ran off. The facilities were also quite dated and the repairs that had been made looked like they were done by an inexperienced 12 year old.
Although we had made reservations five months ago we were forced to relocate from our original hotel. This one was quite a bit farther from where we wanted to be.

Big room, clean, and it has a comfortable bed.
Dated, bathroom and shower had broken tiles, shower rod was broken, shower curtain would not stay in place and the towels had holes in them. Need to do some updating.

Woman maintaining the food area was kind, pleasant each morning—enjoyed her.
Dog barked both mornings during stay-I was aware it was pet friendly hotel. Don’t know how to separate guests without dogs, just wish it could be done

For some reason, we were put in a room especially for handicapped people. (Neither of us are handicapped.) It had no carpet (due to wheelchair needs) and had motion sensors in the bathroom. As I was showering in the morning, the light went out, so I was showering in the dark. ... The windows had only a colorful screen shade -- no curtains. Light from the parking lot shone in all night. The room was quite bright, making it hard to sleep. One of the bed frames squeaked and did not seem steady. One of us had to sleep on the couch.

not many options for breakfast, only one waffle maker for all the guests which made the wait super long. found a couple of roaches in our room. not enough pillows to be comfortable.

sink in pool bathroom broke and fell onto friends foot. kept asking to fill out incident report and they declined. they did shut down the bathroom after the fact.
