Great location in the centre of the city. Beautiful views from our room and our bed was really comfortable. Staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast - would definitely recommend. Thank you - John & Fiona.

Room cleaning. My room was badly cleaned three times over my 9 days stay. Housekeeping staff unlike the reception and the dining area are not helpful at all. At best they collected trash and spread the bed, everything else was not touched.

I like the location. I really liked the decor and our view was exceptional! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t like the cost to park my car. I also didn’t care for some of the breakfast items. Wishing they had bacon as a choice of breakfast meat.

they overcharged me and refused to honor the price I was given in writing. also the bathroom tub was old and scratched, there were holes in the toilet, and desk chair was really dirty.

They charged my personal account and my business card . They have not returned my money to my personal account. I am planning litigation against them for theft.

location was great

the hotel is in an extremely busy area with loud traffic on the street. the windows seem old and do not block noise well. we were woken u by loud motorcycles and car stereos all night.

My whole stay was very comfortable staff is terrific can't wait to stay again

The location and proximity of everything worth seeing in the city. You can walk to most attractions if the weather is good.

If you dont know the city, location can be a little confusing. Parking cost in the downtown area area is horrendous however, the convenience of valet parking is somewhat worth it. There are parking garages in the area that are slightly lower. It may be a 10 dollar difference but the convenience of valet may be worth the extra 10. You have the option of leaving and returning without extra cost from both. Staff is hit or miss... it just depends who is on duty. O ordered some food and was told inwould receive a phone call when it arrived. The staff that was on duty was replaced and I never received that alert when my food was delivered.

The people working there are great. Helpfull, kind and talkative. The view from the 21st floor was fantastic.

Unfortunately they use single use styrofoam and plastic at the breakfast buffet. The place is a little run down. Clean, But worn.

Nothing!!! Everything about this hotel was disappointing from the moment I pulled up -the outside was dirty, to the small unwelcoming lobby that looked completely different from the photos on booking.com . The woman was pleasant that helped check us in ,room layout , and high floor with view were ok but that’s about it!! worn, not clean, dirty handles, to walls to carpet. We booked the biggest nicest most expensive room- 1 bedroom suite with kitchen. I wouldn’t even put my drinks in the fridge. I did ask the check in if we could switch rooms but apparently ours was the “best” so didn’t want to chance moving. Never would I stay again … Ever!! and I would never recommend to anyone in the area. and speaking of the area, I lived in NYC many years but I did not feel good, safe and would not say this is a good location at all -as some said in reviews …nope, a few blocks away yes, absolutely! To top it off AC unit had mildew /mold. I posted photos. Very Very disappointed !!!

front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating - let me check in early on my arrival, and leave my bag at the desk after checkout until my departure.

decent size room, confortable pillows and very nice bed sheeting. location is perfect, just next to the city hall and very close to the train to the airport.

cleaning can be improved, there was some dust in the corners. breakfast was below average, with just a few options, no vegetables, cheese or cold cuts.
