The room and hotel itself were very nice and clean

We paid for a room there and left within 2 hours to find a new hotel to stay. We saw multiple people going up to our vehicle with flashlights, looking in and around our vehicles. (Which were heavily packed with our belongings as we’re moving across states). Then a man came outside from the hotel and started telling us how he’s the brother of one of the employees and how there is frequently gang activity at that specific hotel, including the day prior. He told us about how there were just 4 under cover cops there earlier that day and the night prior because there’s heavy gang activity and he felt like something bad was going to go down soon. Needless to say, after seeing multiple people eyeing our vehicles and then hearing about the gang activity, we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there with our small child so we woke our child up and left at 1 am to find a new hotel to stay at

Very clean

The room was very comfy and clean. I requested a first floor and at check in I was given what I had requested. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, the breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious. The noon check out was nice, even though I had to be back on the road earlier than that. It was definitely one of the best places I stayed while I traveled, and would stay there again!

It wasn’t anything about this hotel I didn’t like. And I have stayed in several 5 star hotels. This hotel staff is a 5 star staff. All through the day they were first class . I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Tucson. Even the guests was friendly and nice. The Breakfast was great. 💯

The breakfast was amazing

Poor soundproofing, could hear my neighbors in the hall. Slightly damp smell to room. Breakfast was extremely meh. Coffee was not good.

TV in room could be mounted higher to be more easily viewed when lying in bed. Hey, I had to find something to complain about.

The entire staff were all very pleasant! My mom and I had to find somewhere to stay for a couple of days. I had called different places that allowed dogs, but not any other pets! It was disheartening, but the day manager allowed us an early check in and the okay for us to bring our pets! That was truly the best part of our stay.

They were working on the water line when we checked in. However, once the work was done, we didn't have any hot water for almost 12 hours. The staff were very accommodating and willing to relocate us to another room. All in all the hot water did come on. It would be nice if there were gluten-free and dairy free choices for breakfast.

We stay for the breakfast! If they changed the cook we wouldn't stay there.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast is good.

Only thing I didn't like was that I called before booking the hotel to make sure the lift for the pool was working. They guaranteed me it did. Once I showed up they told me it wasn't working and they didn't even have the batteries.

Location was great.

Breakfast was not impressive. The cheese omelet offering was disgusting. The elevator was out. I had to switch hotels. The check in clerk offered the 1st floor which I never stay in when traveling alone. The room are not carpeted. The coffee maker did not have a dedicated outlet so I had to relocate it somewhere else in the room.

dirty, run down, poor facilities. stain on bed sheets. bathtub felt like it was going to cave in. my key randomly stopped working. breakfast was not good! bathroom was dirty and run down. bed super uncomfortable. loud after hours.

Sorry I did not partake in the breakfast, had a competition to go to. I did notice several guest eating the breakfast. The room was fantastic, clean and quiet.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good.

Did not like that the elevator was not working on our first day and had to go up and down the stairs 3 floors. Our first room had a toilet issue and it was clogged. We were able to switch rooms in the morning. The first room's floor was dirty and one of the beds was too squeaky.

The pool water was clean. But hot tub was filthy.
