Proximity to Battery. The Residence Inn Staff was very friendly, hospitable, and professional. The breakfast was great too.
The facilities were a little run down. It appeared they were going through some renovations. Has potential to be very nice once updates are complete.

I did not eat breakfast. Although it smelled delicious.
The property charged a $20.00 parking fee. For $20.00 a parking space should have been assigned to each room. Not the case. First Marriott property I have ever paid a parking fee and I have stayed at beach resorts by Marriott. Never paid a parking fee. Felt like a rip off!
