The property was very clean and convenient. The location is great to the beach.

Central location to all the stops on our trip

This is our second time at Sonesta Select. I am impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. It's beautiful, staff were all friendly. The front desk clerk went above and beyond. The restaurant food was good as well.

Overall I am a satisfie satisfied visitor. I would get a little extra help at the restaurant. The current staff is very friendly and professional but they moved a little too slow and were not that coordinated.

NOT GOOD!!!…we are 4 guest. For the price we paid, the voucher for free breakfast is only for 2 person! thats is the only reason we pocked this place. All guest should be coveted for breakfast. I dont think i will come back.

First of all, Bill the manager was AMAZING! He helped us out amazingly and was super hospitable. Breakfast was honestly the best bfast we have had at a hotel. We assumed it was going to be like the hotel breakfast like others we have been to, however, everything was made FRESH, the bfast sandwich was amazing, the potatoes were super crispy. DELISH!

We had to change out our sheets and blanket for a new set bc it just seemed like it wasn't cleaned/washed.

Absolutely disappointed and customer service was a “zero” if I can rate that. Absolutely horrible. Rude and rooms were so thin. We were next to a party and they were being obnoxious and drunk til 2am wjth a crying baby and swearing all night. Absolutely never again

The location was great for freeway access, great restaurants and beautiful park.

I was not greeted when I went to check in. I was only asked for a credit card and given the document with pricing to sign. I wasn't given any details in regards to room cleaning. When I asked the next day I was told that a room would get cleaned after 7 days! That is ridiculous and filthy. I also didn't like that the carpet in the hallway was old and there were stains on the carpet in the elevator. There were stains on the walls in the hallway that led to our room. When I checked out I was not greeted either or thanked for my business.
