Would’ve liked more cable options, pool was small but nice.

The shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful.

Service was not great. They located the fire alarm to the wall above the bed that had a flashing light. To their credit the maintenence staff tried to help. The breakfast was not great pre made and microwaved. One Front desk staff was argumentative and rude. For 400 a night, I've stayed at much nicer places for cheaper.

The staff were rude. My card was charged the full amount up front without anyone telling me the amount I would be charged. I asked for receipt and was denied a receipt after money was already pulled from my bank account. Staff were unaccommodating and did not explain breakfast procedures, etc.

rooms clean, comfortable bed, 2 pillows were good two bad. No coffee except for small room thing which was horrible. otherwise you had to buy coffee and it was expensive. Staff friendly and professional.

New and clean and no feeling of being grossed out or the place being stingy. Gym was great too!

Location

The fire alarm light blinked so much and was extremely powerful. It was like a mini strobe light throughout the night. I changed rooms and it had the same issue. This issue interfered with my sleep significantly. Staff knew that this issue happened throughout the hotel. They let me check out early. Its ridiculous that this issue exists throughout the hotel. Unless you like a strobe light feeling in your room, this hotel is not for you.
