Quick response when there was a maintenance problem

No major issues .

This Motel should have not more than $40 a night charge, at maximum. Expectation is always low but paying almost $60 is not worth as other motels for same price are cleaner and overall better. Rooms are small, bed is half broken, lot of mold in the rooms. Communication before the trip is non existent. They did not answer to any of my questions

Súper horrible , sucio, viejo , la puerta súper vieja

Todo , está súper viejo y sucio muy descuidado había cucarachas , la tapa del baño rota . Sucio todo el piso . Horrible lugar.

That we were offered another room after the first room we had was very dirty. The second room was fair

The cleaning ness of the rooms. I was not happy with how the rooms looked.

Pesimo servicio… pasillos con olor a miados y popo, cero control con inmigrantes que incluso estan acostados alrededor de todas las intalaciones del hotel, fumando marihuana, uno que otro dando desconfianza a mi familia, ruido de mucha tente toda la noche. una recamara de las que reservamos estaba goteando y no nos dieron servicio, ni cambio de habitacion y nisiquiera un trapeador (si queriamos trapos fueramos por ellos). El almuerzo se agoto y no pudimos tomarlo, excesiva la gente que habia.

The bed had like a part on the leftside that sinked in alot

The air conditioning worked

The room was dirty and a sex toy was on the floor next to the bed and it was supposed to be a queen bed but was actually a full size bed and the man at the front desk agued that it was a queen bed when in fact it was not. The grounds were very littered, just nasty place.
