Pool, staff friendly, breakfast nice.
Keys never worked for the pool gate half the time (not just us other guests same problem). Yep brand new bathrooms near reception with no paper products, ie no toilet paper for my 7 year old that had already gone potty…begs the question: when was it last cleaned?! We Got the loft suite full kitchen for the week…full kitchen a farce:no dish soap, not a single sharp cutting knife, not a single pan you could put in the oven no water glasses and only 4 mugs and 4 hard alcohol tumblers for a rental that sleeps 8?!!
Loft king bed so outdated and uncomfortable. There are better places closer to the parks.

Staff was helpful
Only thing is that I had requested when I checked in to have my rooms cleaned throughout the stay and wasn’t never documented so I had to go and request it an fresh towels

Location,price, cleanliness, customer service was amazing! My stay was amazing! Room was exactly as described, very clean very spacious and all staff was very organized and attentive! Checking in was sooo smooth and fast!perfect family size!

I love how they have a kitchen inside the room. The place is cozy and beautiful. Walking distance to Disneyland and staff were friendly.

Rainy days some walking paths will be flooded. Like many other places, they tend to raise prices a bit high, nice rooms but they aren't luxury hotel rooms.

Great Space for larger families, good food options, close enough to park, good transportation options, pool hours were good.
Beds were harder than expected, proximity to fire station was a little disheartening due to noise and stair light could not be turned off.

It's got spacious rooms with kitchens and everything you need. Great amenities. It's super close to the parks.
it rained 2 of the nights we were there, and for some reason there were some very loud noises in our building. On top of the rain outside, there were also some weird creaking noises in the building that we quite loud and somewhat concerning, honestly.

The place was pretty clean except for an empty water bottle under one of the beds, a piece of dog food found on the floor when I didn’t bring any pets and stains found hidden under the couch. But all that can be looked over since the place was amazing over all.

I liked that it had a full kitchen & fireplace
The room smelled very sour, and the heater did not work, so the room was very cold, we had to go get a floor heater, the blow dryer did not work, my husband let the office know about the heater and blow dryer they said they would send someone out to fix them but no one ever showed up

close to Disney, had pool and hot tub, good shower, ample and convenient parking, friendly staff
breakfast was of poor quality, amenities in the suites weren’t thought all the way through

Our rooms had more room than anticipated, with stove and fridge appliances.
Parking wasn’t assigned next to the room and I had to make several trips back and forth to the car and the room I stayed in.
