The pool was heated and easy to get into with the kids
The 2 black females that work the front desk in the morning made subliminal comments anytime my guest or I would walk past the desk. The entire time of my son's 5th birthday they would come and stare at us in the pool area. When I would come in from smoking outside they would tell "can we have spray to put in the hallway for the marijuana smell" and then charged my card $250 for smoking inside the room WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! told me they had evidence of my smoking in there but can't provide the evidence because there wasnt any!! Then was told complimentary breakfast was until 10 & my family and I got there at 920 to no food so sat there and waited for some to be brought out. Instead it became 10am and they took EVERYTHING DOWN so when I asked the food aide was more food coming out cause we have been sitting there waiting for 40 minutes she tells me "nope breakfast is over now" so my children and I didn't get to eat .

Good location, close to the airport
TV in our room did not work. We called down for assistance and we’re told to turn it off and back on…still didn’t work. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Kamers ruim.
Boekten een kamer voor 3 volwassenen en kregen een kamer met 1 bed. Heeeel onbeleefd aan de balie! Uiteindelijk lakens en deken gekregen voor sofabed dat we zelf dienden te dekken. Geen kussen gekregen!
Veel lawaai van lift. Ontbijt zeer karig.

The location was great.
Most of the staff was nice and greeted you, but the manager didn’t greet you she just looked at you and went on with her business, she didn’t represent the hotel in a good light.

Location was great, right off highway.
In my reservation, I stated the need for allergy free pillows due to feather allergies. I was told that there were no more pillows to give, so my family slept with no pillows. It took three phone calls and one hour and a half to get sheets for me to make up my children’s pull out bed. The free coffee was cold.

The rooms are well maintained and clean. Very comfortable bed and clean.
The breakfast was not good, the milk was cold and the variety of breakfast options were very limited and not nice.

The breakfast was great. Did not care for the pre-packaged options and would prefer one piece of toast instead of having to waste one. The breakfast staff was extremely attentive and accommodating and checked consistently to restock. Everything was clean and kept up. The staff sings! They are happy!

The room was very clean and modern and we saw a great sunset out the window after we arrived.
The breakfast could have been better, the eggs were too cold and salty. The waffle machine was also broken. There were ample options other than that.

The room and pool were very nice, roomy and comfortable, and very modern.
While the breakfast options were plentiful, the hot breakfast items like sausage and eggs were cold. There is plenty of room for a hot tub, something to consider.

The facility was very clean. The shampoo/conditioner was a nice surprise. Smelled great! Staff was super friendly!!!! Breakfast was surprisingly good.
