Front desk staff need to smile more.....must of been an off day for them not to smile and have a different attitude

Nice clean room. Good breakfast facilities. Polite people.
Obviously, the cost. I’ve been at higher end Marriott Resorts that don’t cost anything like that which is provided by this facility.

Close to airport
Could not get a shuttle . Called four times and no one answered the phone at 9pm. Paid someone to take us there and when we arrived three people at the desk doing nothing . Called while in front of them and phone rang so I had the correct number

Clean and convenient to airport. The free shuttle to airport was also very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
Could use a decor update. I was told by manager this is coming in fall.

We were very pleased with everything! Good food, great staff and SUPER CLEAN!!
The only thing I was alittle disappointed about was that we didn’t get an alaska resident discount. They said it wasn’t available, and to me it should be available all of the time for all Alaska residents.

location is as advertised and the shuttle to the airport is handy even if you have to wait awhile at the curb (30+ mins) for them to show up. the hotel is nice and clean inside and out. Not quite what you expect from a Marriott in the lower 48 but for Anchorage its about as good as you can get.
the breakfast didn't start until 6am. I was disappointed to have missed it. The staff did not offer any alternatives even though there were signs everywhere saying the offered an early check out breakfast.
The add says there is a restaurant in the hotel this was also misleading. It is a café that serves a hot burger. Very limited choices and over priced.
