The location
Too many overall Spanish Mexicans running in and out of the hotels people being dropped off all night felt like we were in a people smuggle his ring

TV service unavailable in room (not sure if hotel wide). Staff tried giving me a remote when previously there was not one in the room. Only option for compensation offered was point to a frequent visitor account I do not possess.

property seems nice. nice location. staff was nice for the most part.
I traveled here with friends and family. 5 rooms total. Two rooms the toilets wouldn’t flush and 1 room flooded. the flooded room was able to move the others including myself we’re not. so we had to use the lobby bathroom for our two days there. There were two buses of kids that showed up. They were loud most of the night and ran all over the place. including the parking lot. didn’t seem to bother the staff. Breakfast was ok. Except the fact that it was 80 degrees in there. literally! We sat next to the thermostat. For $179 a night I expected a little more then that.
Also in the middle of a remodel.

Location was good for us. We made it to Boston in 45 minutes from there. Breakfast was a nice touch and liked the idea of 24/7 Coffee. Nice Shower instead of that tub you usually see.
Room was a little small but nice.

I wish there was a nightstand on both sides of bed.

Location - staff friendly - breakfast was good and had laundry service
our ac didn't work - complained about it the entire time - maintenance finally looked at the night before we checked out and we received no answer nor was the problem fixed - it was extremely hot out and it was better outside than in - pool closes at 7pm - WHY!! sun goes down at 9pm during the summer - would have been awesome to enjoy the water seeing that our room was a sauna - understand the no smoking but it would have been really nice to have a bench or something to sit on when going outside smoking - a few people that were out there smoking made comments regarding this also - when checking out, I inquired about receiving some kind of compensation for the sauna room - big deal - 10% was taken off the bill - a whole $57 - very disappointed - will never use again
