way over priced. $800 for 2 nights midweek??

Breakfast had a wide range of selections from make your own waffles, to cooked oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh fruit, toast bread, bagels, muffins, toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage, chocolate/regular milk & coffee/tea/cocoa. Facility very pet friendly as we requested no maid service & they complied. Great area to walk around or just relax by the pool. Nearby restaurants. Quiet location yet near all major roadways. Highly recommend!

Breakfast could have been served til 9:30 vs. 9 a.m. weekdays & til 10 a.m. on weekends versus ending at 9:30 since people don't want to get up too early when on vacation!

They ran out of eggs and the sandwiches were chewy. Have been before and breakfast was better

Staff nice, room nice, bed comfortable. Very very. They only put a $20 hold on credit card as opposed to $300. All in all a very nice place.

No room sevice. No hotel info/restaurant guide. There is a check mark next to room service. They do serve breakfast in the morning in the lobby but I wouldn't call that room services.

We stay mostly in Embassy Suites. Gave your Springhill Suites a try. We expected rooms to be separated by a door and separate rooms. Wasn’t. Not good for us because my husband wakes at night and turns tv on. Needed separation so I could sleep. Everything else good.

The breakfast was better than average for a "free" offering. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel looked like it needed some "spiffing up." The arm rail in the elevator was broken, and I think only one of the elevators was working.

Good location! Loved how the room was set up and it was very comfortable.

There was a tree branch scratching against the window and outside wall all night because of the wind and it kept us all up. The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair everywhere that obviously wasn’t ours. The comforter and sheets for the pullout couch were obviously not cleaned and I found a used toothpick and a razor cover in the shower which was super gross.

Lighting over sink in bathroom was not bright enough.

Great location & hotel was very quiet, which a huge plus for me.
