Lovely updated property big but very quiet and accessible. Amazing staff, accommodated our requests for late check out when the room wasn’t ready. Complimentary welcome drink was great, they even gave little toys to my son with Dosn syndrome. Just excellent all around

The location was nice, close to downtown Palm Springs

First and foremost, when I checked in to the hotel. They have asked to pay $ 35 USD for parking, which it didn't indicate anywhere on the website. The manager didn't charge us, given there was nobody in the hotel and the internet was down for 2 days from the hurricane, which I'm ok with... The hallway going into our room was dirty, and the room was typical hotel room, the bed was comfortable. I really liked the gym, no air conditioning, and most of the treadmill needed some work.

1. There was no “in room” maid service for brining in new coffee and towels each evening. 2. Elevators were very full in the AM and PM and we had to wait for 3 different ones to bring our luggage down on the day of check-out. 3. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and the lines in the lobby were quite long. The front desk was supposed to call us to let us know when it would be ready…but they forgot. On a positive note, our parking was comped due to this inconvenience

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

We couldn't find the fan nor fan switch for the bathroom. The pool snack/drink service staff closed at 4:41pm when it was listed they would be open until 5pm--need better management for this part of the resort.

Nice and clean. Bar was fun! Property was beautiful and the staff was very nice.

Air conditioning was way too loud and didn’t keep the room at a consistent temp. Was a bit of a walk from downtown (we didn’t rent a car).

We thought this hotel was a great value for the money. It's a great location and the pool area, bar and lobby are all really nice.

The A/C in our room didn't work. I called at night and they said nobody could come fix it until morning. Luckily we had a balcony with a sliding glass door so we could open it for the cool night air (and we slept with it wide open at night), but had it been really hot out we would've been in trouble. Additionally, our TV remote didn't work. Everything looks really nice until you get close. I don't think we'd stay here again.

Im here right now writing this because We cant sleep it’s freaking hot in the room like other comment and i should listen. They already change our room because other room ac is not working but same thing ac is set up to 70 so inside the room is like 75 and we didnt even use our blancket and we’re sweating. I Don’t recommend this hotel.

Wundervolles Hotel in Palm Springs. Nach einem langen Road Trip durch die USA wollten wir ein paar Tage runter kommen und Kräfte sammeln für die nächsten Kilometer. Dafür haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir sind früher angereist und konnten ohne Probleme bereits einchecken und haben sogar noch ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bereitet. Sie Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Aus dem Bett wollte ich nie wieder aufstehen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar und die Toilette ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist groß, sehr erholsam und sauber

The bed was a little bit soft and we couldn’t control the temperature of the room so it was a bit cold.

Bed sheets and towels smells like sewage. Ac is loud every time it kicks on. Water runs brown. Tub doesn’t drain. No do not disturb sign. There’s coffee but no cups. Sliding door handle is broken. Door has to be slammed to shut all the way. There was left over decorations from previous people. Just over all, not a pleasant stay.

The location.

Not very clean. Asked for towels never got them. Hard to get a hold of someone. A couple of us got bit up all over our legs from the bed. Not sure if it was bed bugs or just the poor cleanliness of the hotel. Elevators need major update, the ice machines didn’t work both were such an inconvenience. The whole ambience was nice but the cleanliness killed the vibe for me and the ice machines not working elevators taking so long takes away from the vibe.

Was happy I could get moved to room with a balcony...I originally booked a king room But when I arrived saw that room was without one So was moved to a double queen room Pool area was nice

Unfortunately the cleanliness of my room And hallways had been quite disappointing:( Floor was definitely NOT vacuumed in room Shower curtain had some sort of stain on it One curtain on window was missing a hook and was in need of fixing...phone on night table had a whole layer of dust and grime on it...ice machines on 2 different floors were not working do had to go to lobby bar to get bucket of ice...floors in hallways needed a good vacuuming as well :(

Breakfast was good and value for money.

Water bottle could be free/cheaper. $5/bottle is too high. Rest all it was perfect! Hospitable and good ambience.

Loved the location and big pool.

The rooms could be cleaner. When we arrived the balcony door was broken. Wished the pool area was a bit but cleaner as well.

Parking is $35 dollars a day! The pool closes at 8!

The pool was lovely and the serving staff around the pool were excellent and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Oh and the body wash was bomb!

The first room we stayed in smelt like cigarette smoke and the Air condition unit was so loud it kept us up all night. In the nook called to switch rooms and they provided a new room that was an upgrade from the one we were staying in.
