The staff are amazingly friendly.
There are pieces that could do with a little sprucing up. My curtains were broken, my television wouldn't stop scrambling, etc. Just some finer details.

Wonderful location, great pool for morning swims, and very comfortable beds.
The check out time was slightly too early.

Price was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Walls were thin, could hear even low conversations in the next room over. Pool was dirty, clumps of hair floating in it.

I requested a room with roll in shower as I use a motorized wheelchair and staff were very helpful in changing my room.
I found the door to the handicap room very difficult to open. It was heavy and there was no automatic door opener.

King suite was very spacious, two nice TV's, a comfy couch, desk and chair. It was good to hang out in the room. very clean.
