Location was great for shops and restaurants.
Our room did not have a tub and we had a toddler with us. There was some trash under the couch when we pulled out the sleeper sofa.

The breakfast was exceptional however, the has-browns didn’t have any seasoning they was very bland that was the only thing that was not good.

Nothing about this service tried to cancel the front desk gave me run around back and forth 9 calls later and they still charged me… I booked one day I got two charges both over the cancel charge… WORST experience ever in traveling

The location
The bathroom was outdated especially for the price of the hotel. I was placed at the end by a backdoor, which kept me from resting all night. Every time someone went out of the door it seemed like they was kicking our door in.

The property is located in a nice and convenient area, and the room was clean.
The room was extremely hot. They had to provide me with two box fans just for it to be comfortable in the room. The toilet was stopped up and I had to wait several hours for someone to bring a plunger.

The parking was plenty full.
This Marriott is ran down. My husband is sitting on the bench and it broke. Sending him to the ground, the bed was uncomfortable the pillows are extremely flat. The windows in the room are Soo
Cloudy you can't see out of them. They make you pay for soap they don't leave it in your room.nothing will be in your fridge not even water! When you want water you have to call the front desk and walk down to get it

Easy access, clean, and Comfortable
this was an incredibly traumatic stay for us. My granddaughter was at UAB intensive care. We came in after midnight on the night that she died I asked that coffee be sent up. 8 1/2 hours later it still did not arrive. in situation like this, all you want to do is just have a coffee get up and go. Staff was Incredibly polite about the situation, but never delivered. The manager did respond and comped me one of the nights.

the room had sliding glass door in the bathroom and if you actually slid it closed it was dirty
