Everything. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff (wish I caught her name) at the front counter was an absolute delight. Location was great and close to downtown but with better parking.
Also the room was massive and I the bathroom lighting was great. Loved the separate bathroom and shower.
That we only stayed one night. I didn't want to leave!

We have a family of six so finding a hotel room that’s comfortable/spacious for all of us can be challenging but this place was perfect!!

Close to where we needed to be , nice shower
We had to pay for parking and then we had to go all the way back to the garage to put a parking sticker in the car. The carpet in the room had some awful stains on it that resembled blood. The interstate was right out our window and the truck traffic was continuous throughout the night. On line price was a total of 153. They took $180.00 out of our account and then put $17 back .

The location was great for the places we wanted to go. The staff was all personable and had recommendations for places to visit. We had great experiences with all the staff actually. The breakfast selection was really well thought out and had several options.
The hotel looked a little run down in some places. Our shower was chipped in several spots and the showerhead leaked. The pillows were soft and didn't hold their shape so we constantly had to arrange them.

The front desk lady Vivian and the other girl i didnt catch her name but she had a red braid in her hair were the best!. The greatest hospitality i have ever received. They made our stay amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The pool was awesome and it was clean from the looks of it 👌 i definitely recommend. Thank you ladies for having the best customer service ever!

The breakfast was bland and not a great variety. There was a dirty loofa sponge left in the shower on arrival and the shampoo & conditioner dispensers were empty.

I loved the location. It is at Eden Park entrance, at 71S ramp, nearly downtown. The accommodations are very good for the price and breakfast very nice. The price at the laundry very reasonable

our TV didn’t work in the room so we had to switch rooms but at least they gave us the option. There was some kind of dark lint on the sheets, but overall it was fairly clean.
