its kinda old. marriot can do a bit better with facilities (rooms, cabinets, couch, bed frame, pillows, bathrooms, etc). this feels like a holiday inn or la quinta. the carpet was smelly. like an old smell. Marriot should have more budget to do this things specially for the price I payed. the staff however was very on point of everything and breakfast was great.

The room amenities and arrangement were fantastic. I had never stayed at a Residence Inn before, although I had stayed at other Marriott brands. The spacious nature of the room and the kitchen facilities were outstanding.
