I liked I could fit my large family in one room. All other hotel suggested to purchase two rooms

The hotel seemed a little outdated compared to another Springhill I've stayed in. Had a little musty smell to it. Was a decent stay tho

The location to Liberty University was perfect!

The tiny little outdoor pool was too crowded to even try and go.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Very accomadating when making reservations at this hotel.

It was a great weekend stay!! The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly! They didn't have milk in their market and I was lazy to go to the store to buy some but the guest service person gave us a milk carton from the breakfast bar (that wasn't open). They were pleasant every time we walk past the lobby. Breakfast was great too!! There was plenty of room in the suite too!! I love that they have a mini kitchenette (minus a stove). It was close to the shopping centers too!! Great area! There's a Chili's restaurant next door - like 20 steps!!

Water pressure in the bathroom!! We also weren't able to adjust the temperature in the room.

Place was nice and clean. Services was very good and breakfast was cool but oatmeal not all that. Wish they had vegan meet options.. Room could have been bigger. It looked like it was bigger online and cost little to much i believe because of graduation at liberty.
