The location to the freeway access was perfect and it was close to where I needed to go. For walking around it was not the best.
I didn't like the neighborhood so much. I felt safe in the hotel and very comfortable there.

1. Should have some sort of mosquito repellent outside on balconies 2. I was in room 420 beds are worn, extremely soft and uncomfortable. 3.Hours for Cafe should be open longer

The staff was really kind, polite and accomodating.
Not much. The fire alarm did go off...but the staff was on it and handled it well.

Great rooms, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and looked nice. Plus the bed was amazing for a good nights sleep.
No breakfast and the one they offer there is unnecessarily expensive.

I loved the location. It was near family and local businesses.
None of the amenities were available. The fitness room and the pool were both out of order.
Also, the service at the Bistro was terrible.

it’s clean. it’s being remodeled.
a lot of remodel noise and construction work. not sure why the hotel was left open to let guests suffer. without any warning online they are currently remodeling so i could book somewhere else. Greed runs this hotel not logic or customer service. 5g cell towers on the roof causes massive headaches. there are giant radiation warning signs on the roof access doors which are bolted shut. don’t believe me go upstairs and look. stop letting greed dictate how to squeeze out as much money as possible out of the property you own. it’s too late now that they’re installed. will never be staying here again.
