I got huge bedbug bites within 2 hours of checking in. After I reported it to the manager, Carlos, he said he would give me $200 off my bill and add a free day. But when I checked out this morning he didn't take the $200 off and he added the free day and then supposedly deducted it which is a complete scam and rip off.
Bedbugs, abusive manager, no laundry facilities, FILTH EVERYWHERE, plug inside didn't work, no fresh towels, an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!

Staff were approachable and allowed me to swap rooms.
Dirty dirty dirty! So dirty. I've stayed at hostels so much more cleaner than this.
The room smelt like carcass, smoke tar in the vents, the toilet also clogged and flooded my room.
The mattresses were super old and indented in shape.

Location was good. Check in easy.
There was no hot water. Staff could not help. Asked for 20% refund. Staff said manager would handle when he came in. I had to email. I was given $5 off of $90.

Location was fine
Toilet would not flush properly. Heater barely worked... me & my kid were cold on a cold snowy night. No fridge or coffee maker in the room. Sub par even for a Motel 6

It has a pool cheapest rooms in weed.
Door didn't stay shut without having to put latch on. Beds are old and worn out and sheets and towels were an off white.

the AC was hot, the pillows were like rocks. tough way to start an 1800 mile drive with 2 hours of sleep…

not much..... bathroom was clean and recently remodeled...first room was rejected by another guest for having dirty sheets..they changed nothing and rented to us
