My husband enjoyed the breakfast both mornings ( I don't eat breakfast),
plenty of parking, nice clean facility, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again!
My only complaint is that the toilets are so low! For someone very tall or older, it becomes a challenge. Also, one of the bottles fell off the wall in the shower. Are the towels in the pool area?

The hotel was in a great location with access to Gruene and New Braunfels.

Location and the staff was great, accommodating and friendly. The check in and check out process was excellent
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The garbage can has some smelly liquid under the bag. We removed the bag since it was full and there were no extra bags. The couch was squeaky and needs replacing.

The Breakfasts had a good assortment to choose from. The area was kept clean and food replenished frequently. The facility was clean and inviting. I've stayed here several times and keep coming back. Very accessible to so many areas of New Braunfels.

The staff was absolutely amazing to my family, especially to my special needs child. Rochelle was so awesome and went out of her way for us.The rooms and facilities were clean.

Front desk, breakfast, and house keeping staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room needed several repairs such as caulk around shower and tub, in the room multiple spots of pealing wallpaper, the pool was a bit cloudy.

The receptionist that checked us in on Oct 22nd needs to have a MUCH cheerier disposition if she is to work in Hospitality. She was just very cold and impersonable.

The location.
There was one manager that was uncaring and very rude. The room wasn't cleaned every day and things like towels and toilet paper weren't replaced.

I liked the location. It was close to my family so very convenient.
This is a high traffic location and the room could use some maintenance (drawer on dresser broken, silicone caulk hanging down in the shower. The pillows had an odor of head oils, not good. The room had an odor as well.

Wish a Senior price or AARP price would have been offered. It felt a little too "pricey" for one night.
