I liked that they cleaned my room but they said they don't give you a choice. They said they insisted I had to freshen up and clean my room.
That they accused me of smoking and I don't smoke. They asked me if I was smoking. And then they would walk in at least twice with out my answering the door. Just walked into my room. That was very rude.

Clean, friendly, and son loved the pool. Good location. We've stayed a couple of other places in the area and this hotel was by far the cleanest and best service.

The room was very clean and pleasant to be in. The lobby was kept clean as well
The walls seemed very thin. I woke up to the adjacent rooms kids talking at a higher than normal volume even tho I sleep heavily. The parking lot at night seemed too dark. It was only half lit up

I liked the breakfast and how clean everything was ..
I didn't like being put in a conjoining room... I could hear everything of neighbors were doing and taking about .. also when I asked to extend the front desk were really rude about not wanting to extend our give us a late check out.

The staff at the front desk were really helpful, professional. Exceptional service.

Property is easy to get to and close to freeway.
Staff was not friendly to us. Did not inform us about breakfast or facility hours. Beds were absolutely horrible! Not comfortable at all. There were sticky spots on the carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely will choose to stay elsewhere next time.
