The location was easy in and out. I really like having a small kitchen to heat up leftovers or to stash some snacks for later. I am a light sleeper so staying on the top floor with no one above me makes for a good nights sleep.

I did report a very odd smell in the room but had a very tight schedule for an awards program so didn't take the time to request a room change. It wasn't an awful smell just unpleasant and I got used to it after 30 minutes or so. Everything looked clean but I couldn't pinpoint the smell.

Great place to stay for a week long trip. Good size room, lots of outlets, full kitchen. Hot breakfast in a bright room. Coffee, tea, fresh fruit available 24/7. Super friendly staff!!!! Nice pool and gym. Chocolate chip cookies in the lobby at night.

Breakfast was similar to other hotels of this caliber…good choices. Location was close to our granddaughter and lots of options for dining.

Could have had a quieter air conditioner and the refrigerator made a clicking noise. But otherwise location was quiet.

Loved the two bedroom suite, lots of room didn't want to go home. This was a junk journal making trip with my Mom and me. Would definitely stay here again

The TV in the living room would not turn on, found that someone had unplugged it, once it turned on could not do anything else with the remote, which is how I found a thumb tac stuck in where the sensor is. The TV in the smaller room was off line. But the TV in the larger room worked and so we were able to listen to Christian music. We didn't go to watch TV anyhow, so it was no big deal. Staff was informed in the morning so that it could be fixed for the next guest.

The kitchen could have been better stocked.

The bed mattress were old and saggy. I had to get up and take ibuprofen every 4 hours to relieve pain in my back, which is not normal for me. We traveled to another location and stayed at another hotel and the beds were fine and I didn't have this problem. There is quite a bit of road noise from Oracle Road (77) and not good areas to walk around the neighborhood. Behind the hotel in an abandoned golf course is okay but it is posted as no trespassing. Went anyway but it would be good if the hotel would arrange to have this area designated as legal to walk in.
