We had a two-bedroom suite, and the apartment itself was good. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and there was plenty of space for a family.
We arrived at 4 PM, the check-in time, but our room was not ready. There was no apology, and we couldn’t get an answer as to when it would be ready. The staff suggested that we go for dinner and come back afterward. When we replied that it was too early for dinner, the response was just a shrug, as if it were our problem.

Room was spacious, pet friendly, staff was friendly
It wasn’t run well. For example, breakfast was supposed to be available at 6:30 but at 6:35 it still wasn’t ready. (And 6:30 is too late for road travelers). Another example is I arrived at 3:30 and asked if I could check in early. My room wasn’t ready yet but they said they’d call me when it was. Check in time was 4 so when I didn’t get a call by 4:05, I went to the desk to see if it room was ready. It was they just never called me. There were other examples like this, small things that were not executed well.
