Decent room size and nice amenities. Variety for the free breakfast. Location convenient.

Room we had was away from others rooms and was quiet. Location great.

I booked this hotel specifically because Booking.com said it had a pool, but when I arrived the pool was closed. VERY disappointed as my grandchildren were looking forward to swimming. The person at the front desk made the comment that the pool had been closed a long time and that particular amenity had been removed from the hotel website and they weren't responsible for what a third party booking company advertised. I was not impressed with his demeanor to me as a paying guest--the room wasn't cheap.

The pool was closed, not hot tub. The room was a bit tight space wise. The breakfast was okay, would have preferred eggs both days as breakfast sandwiches were not very good.

Pool was closed, this was not disclosed during booking or check in. Property is showing its age. There was a strange smell throughout the lobby and hallways.

My first room had dead bed bugs in the sheets and a broken sink, second room had a live bug on a pillow, third room was bug free but in sad repair. Especially the exposed wires sticking out of the telephone. The bed was so horribly mushy and unsupportive that I awoke with a backache, which I still have 3 days later. They agreed to not charging me for my stay, but this is far far below standard of any Fairfield I have stayed at.

Checkin person not present..had to call several times. Did not fiiinll out any paperwork. Woman walked away after giving me keys. Room not completely prepared after last tenant.

Breakfast was terrible. Frozen items to be put in microwave.

Could not sleep. Room was located next to mechanical room and there was a motor that would start very often and run for 5 seconds and shutoff. Continued all night.
