The room was comfortable. The bed was nice. The little pillows are never a great thing to have. The shower was good, but didn't drain well.
The tub didn't drain well, which is gross - that's why the lower number for the cleanliness and comfort. The maid staff should notice and report this so it gets fixed. Staff was told, but nothing was adjusted for price. The breakfast was okay, but nothing worth making the choice for this hotel.

We had two rooms. They were attractive, clean & quiet, with comfy beds and good quality bedding & towels. The pool was sparkling clear, although we had no time to use it. Located near many stores & restaurants. Elevator operated smoothly. Ok breakfast choices, plentiful food.
Elevator floor numbers were not working, had to determine floors by looking for room numbers. Breakfast juices were watered down too much.
