Price location and we were exhausted from traveling and the price location and quietness of the room was great and comfortable
Non of the plugs worked in our room which was very hard when you have laptops phones and chargers that need charging
Also yes it’s Hollywood but no parking pass or like discount on parking also loading and unloading with luggage and a child there’s no ramp easy to walk into hotel .

Spacious suites, easy access and friendly day and night staff
Unwanted pests in the shower. Not being able to wait for our Ubers in front of the building.

Location and comfortable bed
There was a smell outside that lingered inside at times but overall was okay.
