Pool is way too cold

Staff was very friendly and location was easy to get in and out of.

carpet had sticky spots and bathroom shower was adjustable and wouldn't stay in one spot.

The property, itself, was great and the location was good for us. The staff could use better customer skills. I booked 2 rooms thru booking.com. When I arrived to check in i was told i only had one room. I tried to tell front desk I had confirmation number. she wouldn’t look at it and just said I only had 1 room. She started waiting on someone else. I was able to get a room. After I paid for my room and started walking away, she called my name and said she had found my reservation. She offered no apologies.

During our stay the toilet would not flush properly. pictures were taken as well. Each time it flushed the water would rise up. I called the front desk and they told us to come get a plunger. It was no help! We called back and the front desk suggested we use the toilets in the lobby due to the hotel being sold out. Some form of compensation should have been offered. Not having the use of a basic necessity is not acceptable.

Everything was great

Some cosmetic and hard spraying shower but that’s easily overlooked

Spacious hotel and room. Interesting breakfast with pancakes in a minute. Location is good.

Nobody was in the lobby. We had to wait for about 20 minutes until someone came. Sofa bed was terrible, it was all broken. My daughter had to turn around because otherwise head would be way lower than all of the body.

Not secure!!! The entrance from back parking lot - key would not open- someone had propped the door open with a stick- so the hotel could be accessed by anyone! after telling front desk- they just said - yes, it is a problem with that entry!!!!

no hand soap at sink, no conditioner in dispenser, pool very cold, back entrance not working and very little front parking so had to walk all around building to enter

Good location outside of North Little Rock. Some fast food options nearby. Good water pressure. Stand alone shower.

Property is worn. Staff called and woke us up at 11:30PM to say there was a computer problem from our check-in at 6:00PM. Wanted a credit card number for incidentals (of which there were none) before our morning check out.

Staff was great. Location was great and good breakfast. Appreciate the 24 hour coffee in the lobby!

People hanging out late in the back and propping the door open with the rug. Did not feel very safe. Apparently this was a regular thing that staff was aware of. Beds were very very firm. I guess this is just personal preference. Not a good fit for someone that prefers a cushioned mattress.
