The location was perfect, the price perfect STAFF VERY FRIENDLY
The bed SUCKED woke up sore,refrigerator was nasty,room smell like they cleaned it with cigarette butts....couldn't get the smell out,no breakfast which it mentions it serve breakfast before booking remote didn't work no phone in the room no.light bulbs in the lamps except one

Dirty...no remote for TV..no phone...microwave disgustingly dirty...could not make coffee...no cream and sugar and no tray to place the pod in...no desk chair...went to check out...breakfast area was fikthy...no lids for coffee cups...juice machine dud not work...warming pot had one pot in it..the other 2 was nasty inside

didn’t like anything because didn’t stay because our room smelled like mold, told front desk guy he said I can move you to a room that doesn’t smell like that.
I was not going to take the chance that the other room might not smell like mold, my daughter is a sever asthmatic and a room like that would kill her

Price was good
Old saying you get what you pay for. The room was clean but this hotel is old and needs a major upgrade. The beds and floors have been upgraded but not the bathroom fixtures. The hall smelt old.

The room smelled awful. The floor was nasty, and they had one towel in the room! Come on man. We got there late and was going to the race so we had to stay here, but never again!

The desk clerk was very nice and had a wonderful greeting
This room was so nasty. The beard hair, porn sheets mattress was old, lumpy carpet with stain rip ashes from someone smoking on it full of dirt and trash room was not vacuumed. Lampshades was dirty. One lamp did not work. The smell was musky and rank.

I like the hospitality from the staff overall it's a great experience.
I love coming here but it's seems like the 2 times I reserved a king smoking room its always gone so I have to settle for another option which is fine but why should I have to pay a extra deposit for another room 🤔 it wasn't my fault and I come here alot.

Everything. The room was disgusting and very uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and stay in a better hotel.
