The location
The house cleaners didn't clean the room or bring towels or take the trash out. Also I found hair all in the sheets and blankets when they came and cleaned the room.

The staff are professional and courteous and do their job with a smile. When I had a problem they solved it without a hitch. Very welcoming and thoughtful. The room was quiet and so were the neighbors. Close to shopping and transportation! The cleaning service was awesome, would highly recommend a stay here!
The first room I was in, #116 wasn't good. The shower didn't work properly, water leaked from the ac/heater when it was turned on, and the fridge didn't work well but they were able to move me the same day! I just didn't like being near the freeway, too much noise from cars all the time.

I didn't like that I for sure left a personal cup in the room when I checked out. Later that afternoon the cleaning person denied that I had left any cup in the room. So she kept my cup.

Affordable prices and the option to pay with credit card or cash. It's conveniently located right near the freeway entrances, a gas station and is quiet at night. There's enough parking inside the parking lot even for extra cars.
There are no vending machines or laundry room.

Great location off the highway and near BART. It had a heater. I brought extra towels, as I usually do anyways.
It was affordable and just for the night. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Not a dealbreaker for me, but the shower curtain had red marks my husband thought was blood. It looked hair dye. Shower curtains are not expensive to buy.

beds were comfortable. room was clean. towels were clean and this hotel has great customer service.
Filthy walls in the bathroom so much dirt on the shower walls . The bathroom had mold. there were hand prints on ceiling.

Location was okay but it needed alot more attention to cleaning. I found at least 12 hair strands all over the bed. NOT MINE.
