With the exception of the water smell, the stay itself was nice and served it's purpose.

The breakfast definitely meet my expectations!!

The water from the shower and sink had a foul smell.

Horrible

I ended up checking out because there were Bed Bugs in my room. I was able to put a live one in a cup and took it downstairs to the manager. Unfortunately I had to drive back home earlier than expected.I must say I am very disappointed

I didn’t like the fact that I had bed bugs in my room!

The staff was fantastic

We loved the location! Was only in the area for a few days but got to see so much during the trip. We also loved the staff. The staff made our stay fantastic. They were all very friendly and we enjoyed their hospitality!!

Good breakfast, convenient location, clean and comfy room.

Breakfast was good. The staff was very nice.

The WiFi wasn't working when I was there but I expect that was bad luck.

I was double charged for the room. Once via Booking.com and again by the hotel. I would like to be refunded the charge by the hotel.

Disappointing

Location was ideal, but for the price of the room for 2 nights you'd expect better maintained facilities. There were problems with the bathroom and hope in the walls. The comforters were melted in spots. We've stayed here before and had a much better experience.

Lack of up front disclosure about the room holding fees.
