Room was dirty the bath tub was dirty and the microwave was bad the bathroom

The bathroom shower drain was not attached, the soap holder on the wall was falling off, no water pressure, there were cobwebs on the windowsill. Another room the ceiling was falling down.

It would have been nice to have some instructions on the TV and wi-fi. And a number to call for room service.

The staff was nice. They were helpful and friendly. I have no complaints about their service. They helped me find my room when I was having a little trouble.

The bed was hard, the room was damp and smelled like cigarettes barely covered by perfume or disinfectant. It was hot all night despite having the AC on the whole time. The water smelled gross, so i didnt shower. There was a hole in the bathroom door from someone kicking it. I would have stayed somewhere else if it hadn’t already been so late. The room was technically clean, I didnt see any dirty spots but the blanket on the bed had stains on it. Ive stayed in much nicer places for less money.

This is a older highway motel providing reasonably clean and comfortable rooms at a fair price. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful location!

Noisiest motel I ever tried to stay at! Why did the people stay up all night?! Not much sleep. The sink was clogged & the bathroom light didn't work. Really bad for the price!

there are some important that are needed. towel rack needed to be mounted. no hanging we’re on the rack.

The restaurant on the property is absolutely amazing it blew me out of the water, the staff at the hotel and restaurant were so nice. We happened to be traveling in the snow storm and got to the area earlier than expected (Luckily) They were nice enough to let us check in early and they maintained the parking lot super well with all the snow that was coming down.

The location is a little odd, I've stayed here now twice this stay was much better than the first time around. My one complaint is honestly the water is smells very strongly of sulfur so showering can be a little rough if you are not quick about it.

the place was old, rundown, my bathroom had a horrible smell, it was very bad, the room itself had a particular smell, if I was staying over with my girlfriend I would have definitely decided to leave and go look for another place… even if I had to risk driving for an hour to a Marriott or a more known hotel. the walls are paper thin and I could here the other room blasting the tv all night. I stayed over and it was horrible. not worth $80, when you can find a better place for just a little bit extra. aaah and the police showed up to a couple of rooms next to mine at 1 am! so not a very safe place too.

My bf had to quarantine to make sure he did not have covid before returning to family bc they are undergoing chemo and at high risk. The reservation was for non smoking room.. he arrived " all they have left" is a horridly disgusting and dirty smoking room. It smelled so bad it gave him a migraine. Heat barely worked. Drafts. Room is A nightmare. I complained to booking.com about the condition of the room. the front desk called my boyfriend who was the one staying there on the room phone yesterday and harassed him about me contacting the company about the disgusting conditions, and basically told him "if you want to complain, get out." Very rudely! I was not expecting a 5 star hotel stay but with covid raging and for the special reason we needed to book this room the very least the property could do is wipe things down and present a clean room. I will absolutely never book with that hotel chain ever again after this bad experience.

The bathroom fan in room 216 didn't work so steam from the shower couldn't be adequately vented. The bathroom was filled with water vapor, making it slippery. The TV also kept freezing and getting pixelated.

Rooms were dated and were not cleaned properly. Trash in draws. Spiders webs. Refrigerator did not work. First room TV had a large crack in it. Would not recommend.
