Breakfast was great

Room not ready at check in and staff were pretty rude about it. There were several unhappy guests waiting in the lobby

staff was very friendly. we had an issue with our original room and it was taken care of instantly

most of the lights in the room did not work.

When I booked I didn’t realize it was for the next day when I showed up the said the was fully booked had to rent another room at holiday inn next door, I was charged double because I was not in town the next day, will not use booking.com anymore this is twice this has happened unbelievable also the lady at the office was very rude to me and said I had to pay a cancellation charge on top of what I had paid on booking.com

Dirty! Comforter was dirty, only slept in one bed as other was filthy. Bathroom was dirty too.

Once confirmed online we were given a “total price of your stay” of $182.59 but we noticed on our bank account that we were charged $211.89. a difference of $29.30 which isn’t A LOT but if you quote a customer a price, it SHOULD be that price!

Security at other entrance besides the main entrance. Doors open without a card. Staff was not identified at the desk! No name or company identification.

Location was very close to our meeting space. Breakfast was amazing each morning, and the breakfast worker (Rosita) was awesome!

The beds were harder than we liked, and gave us back aches.
