I hope to never stay there again.

Cheap bedding, bed very uncomfortable, room and facility smelled like mold. Front desk not staffed approx 80% of the time. Hallways and area near elevator floors dirty, trash/litter around that was never cleaned/picked up during my week stay. Hard to obtain new towels, had to ask twice.

The property was adequate at best but overpriced for the experience we encountered.

Location was convenient to our activities

Under remodeling; breakfast area was a mess and food was marginal. Housekeeping service was confined to replacing towels. The carpet in the first room we were assigned was wet

My son lives about 300 feet from the Hotel, so the location is FANTASTIC for us!!

We’ve had better.

The staff was good

The room smell musty, we had no toiletries in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t work properly, and there were fruit flies in the bathroom.

We loved having the restraint connected. Plus they gave us old people a room right by the door.

They had a lot to overcome because of their location and roof damage. The food was good.

Roof damage and location change for breakfast. Halls were draped in plastic but they did the best they could. Trying to clean a black tablecloth with a rag was hard, They did a pretty good job in spite of it all.

We had adjoining rooms which was great for the little ones. We would stay again here or another Best Western.

Center outdoor area, safe for children. They could use more chairs. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hot tub was not working, not their fault.

Everything was amazing.. breakfast is always my favorite. And they had a lot to choose from. The pool area was great. The pool itself was amazing.. wasn't cold like most hotels.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. But honestly there wasn't much I didn't like

Location was great and so was the staff.

I wasn't able to access the other doors so I keep have to walk all the way to main lobby to access the hotel and was a long walk to the room.

I loved Green Mill. The room overall was very clean. The breakfast selections were awesome.

The mattress on the bed was very old and had a slight odor. The hot tub was very dirty.

Nice clean comfortable hotel!

Breakfast was fair, eggs okay, not the greatest. Room was very clean, staff seemed very helpful. I liked the setup of the room (a king). Bed was very nice.

Would have been nice for the shower to have the head attached to hose. There was a problem with an inner entrance door, it was sticking so much that I thought it was locked. Bed pillows not the greatest, one not enough, two was too much.

breakfast (I like fresh eggs even if scrambled, non of that processed food) waffles were not available every day. potatoes could be better. staff at breakfast area were very nice

The pool is a very comfortable temperature. Breakfast has a large variety. Rooms appear to be clean.

Rooms could use repairs. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. Beds aren't very comfortable. I also find it very weird and honestly disgusting that they keep the coffee maker in the bathroom.
