They charged me an extra hundred dollars for the stay when I went to check out the receptionist said it was an "error" but it's been 24 hours and I am still missing my hundred dollars

The day clerk was phenomenal. She made the experience very friendly

The night clerk, a young Indian man with long hair. Had an arrogant attitude. Emphasized that we are not to smoke in the room after we were promised a smoking room via email when your facility does not have smoking rooms. There was an extreme amount of black mold under the ptac (A/C) there was blood on the wall in the bathroom and what appears to be spit or vomit that was stained on the wall. I have photos and video as well as the smoke detectors not being wired in or have a battery. I believe that this facility needs an inspection immediately and the night clerk needs to be counseled on hospitality. Every fixture was crooked in the room. Needs extensive sheetrock work. The prices that are charged for these rooms do not correlate with any kind of quality and housekeeping only seeing the rooms every three days is unacceptable. We honestly deserve a full refund

I found the property itself very good and accommodating in the sense of a solo traveler, looking for a place to be. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were agreeable to say the least.

The room smelt like a giant sock. Every time I walked into it. I think it was the bedspread comforter or something that wasn’t washed leaving the room continuously funky. The shower didn’t work like a normal shower. As a matter fact I couldn’t get it to work without believing that I was going to break something. 1 O’clock in the morning, as I was unable to sleep, because of personal reasons, I was happy to find coffee made at the ready. A bookings or any online low rate can sometimes bring animosity with hotel property owners and staff personalizing the rate as an attack on their person, when this is just a way to save money if at all possible. The hotelier by nature bring in ADR (average daily rate) a low rate is just that, however a total property overall ADR can be misleading when looked at from a distance like it’s just a cheap hotel, not a great value or bargain in a financial market of otherwise overpriced competition. Had it not been for the defensive posture of the front desk in the morning I would have agreed, this was a great place to stay. My problem with operating the shower would have been excused possibly and even forgiven if the understanding had been clear by all parties, it may even had been seen either as my fault for not looking into it more and understanding how it worked. instead, I was insulted, and then accused of defending myself, and then threatened. It’s a price point issue not a human issue, and the fact that people are being put into positions where they must defend themselves so much because of their occupation that even inquiries will become hostile when a recompense is on the conversation table. Also, when you say I need you to sign this saying that I gave it to you on a deposit would normally mean that you sign it because they gave it to you not because they have it in their possession still. backwards

well the only thing super about this facility was the staff! They were very helpful, friendly, accommodating!

basically everything else… In general things just seemed dirty and the lack of appeal to any of the senses in terms of visual and smell… The breakfast was lacking and the facilities just seemed less than mediocre
