The breakfast was good. Could use chocolate milk
There was no fan in the bathroom. The mirror fogged over quickly.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Staff were all very friendly and helpful!
The exit off the interstate was dicey. There were 2 major accidents at the exit. Lots of accident debris (glass) on exit.
Had to call out for food delivery! No restaurants nearby or on site. There were2 restaurants that delivered were reasonably priced with a variety of food items to choose from.
We traveled to Cincinnati to go to the zoo. Wanted to stay as close as possible to it as possible. There was a closer Holiday Inn but for some reason, when we made our reservations we were directed to this property.

We stayed February 18th we arrived around 1:00 PM. The lady who was working the front desk was excellent. She answered all of our questions .She was warm, pleasant and a great help. She is a wonderful representative for Holiday Inn. Also a maid was also helpful, friendly and pleasant. They are the reason we plan on staying there next the we are in Covington. You are lucky to have these two Ladies at you Holiday Inn
