Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The breakfast the first morning was very convenient.

Breakfast and coffee running out by 8:45 the second morning of our stay

The location is really good. The hotel is close to a lot of things you may ask for.

It was only one person taking care of breakfast. He tried to do his best, but I think it would be better if he had someone helping him, especially if the hotel had been fully booked.

Convenient to Highway and services

1-The property is under construction 2-we found dog food in the room 3 I am allergic to pet hair!!! 4- There was no fresh fruit available, no bottled water available, 5-your staff were talking amongst themselves and stated the rate was $99 we got charged much more. 6- I guess that is the reward for being a Hilton Honors Member “being charged more”

Location

The hotel was run down, the room smelled and was dirty

My room was quieter on the trip[ back as it was not as noisy on the ground floor. Staff was funny6 and in good humor.

staff was friendly good communication. Room was as I had expected, clean , well maintained, Hampton has always met my expectations. They are consistent in all of their locations. Super convienient to good eateries.

Room had a lot of highway noise in it. It was on the 5th floor, due to the location next to the interstate. Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery after a shower, had to place a towel on the floor to keep from falling.
