From the time I entered building it was extremely beautiful great smells just amazing atmosphere the staff cherrie was outstanding and mr ford as well as the handsome Asian young man didn’t get his name but his smile and presence was amazing

Front desk was nice when we got there and when we left

1. Breakfast wasn't free 2. AC didn't keep the room comfortable 3. Toilet wouldn't stop running 4. Shower took 5 mins to warm up 5. PAID FOR A FREE BREAKFAST 6. Breakfast sucked!!! Undercooked and soggy waffle, Frenchtoast, hard bacon, cheap tasting sausage, and a waitress who couldn't give a straight answer. 7. Non smoking hotel smelled like cigarettes 8. Pool area dirty

Grandson loved the pool.

Breakfast was very expensive. Never had to pay for breakfast at hotel before. Hector in the cleaning staff Was wonderful , very friendly and always working hard.

Very beautiful hotel.

Breakfast setup was horrible. One person told us to sit and wait for the server. One server working. Then the server told us to help ourselves to the cereal and pastry bar. Ordered two eggs scrambled with no breakfast potatoes was given an omelette loaded with potatoes on the side.

The hospitality was great.

I couldn't stay longer.

It wasn't free. For what I was charged it should come with free breakfast.
