We absolutely loved the fact that they had free coffee out all day/night! This was such a pick-me-up from a long-winded, adventurous day! 9/10 staff members were amazing!
There was not much to dislike honestly. There was a night shift employee who was unfriendly and seemed bothered to be asked questions. The shower didn't give enough hot water.

The location and breakfast was great! We were there for a travel ball tournament so if was very convenient to the park and stores.

It was very nice clean and the desk lady was real nice ask if she could help in any way just where we needed to be right at the airport yes I would stay there again for sure

Clean but showing age. Staff encounter acceptable.
The bed and pillows were horrible. My stay was to avoid a middle of the night drive for an early flight I should have saved .only because the bed was so bad I couldn't sleep.

The location was excellent. My flight was too early to attend breakfast. The wake up service was perfect, and the shuttle service to the airport was great, as the friendly driver was already waiting at 5:00 am for passenger pick up. Using this airport in the future, I would surely choose Hampton Inn for my next vist.

the bed was the absolute worst bed that I have ever slept in. In fact, I didn’t sleep at all and my husband went and slept in the rental car midway through the night. Time to replace the mattresses

Close to airport and very quiet. Nice to have cold water upon arrival.

Desk and staff pro and friendly. Room clean and well supplied. Parking safe and plentiful. Breakfast, good variety and well prepared. Airport shuttle very nice and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Location was perfect. Parking was okay. Nice staff.
room was dirty. Found other people's clothes left in the bathroom. AC did not work in the elevators and it was warm in the hallways. There was a cooler with water and the cooler had visible rust on it.

The location was good for us as we wanted to be out of town and close to the mountains to go exploring the smokies
Being ignored by young female staff member when we checked out as she was busy texting and didn't have the personality to be on reception unlike the lady who checked us in and was wonderful

Our flight to Knoxville got delayed while en route and the hotel wouldn’t refund my room charge. Will avoid this hotel when booking in the future

Breakfast was a very good selection. I am not a breakfast eater but it was a nice option available and it smelled good (bacon)
The pool needs more maintenance. It was fine for my family but it looked like it could use a vacuum.
