Excellent location for our college visit to St. Bonaventure. We arrived around 10pm after a long drive and the front desk staff was so very nice and helpful. The double room was very large with a sofa; more than enough for the three of us. Breakfast was very good - lots of options. The breakfast area could have been bigger but it's a small lobby so it gets crowded quickly. The room and common areas were very clean.

The staff was the most wonderful people we have met in any of or stays, Mary welcomed us when we arrived and made the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable. Amber and Reba always asked how we were doing and if there was anything they could get or do for us. Kim cleaned our room and took the time to make it special with the linen being folded and fanned normally seen in 5STAR resorts. Paula ensured we were taken care of on the night shift even though the pool was being serviced. Great coffee with their new machine and breakfast did the job. we will definitely be staying here again

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Pharmacopeia toiletries were nice,.I love the citrus smell. It was.great to have a fridge in the room.

I could hear my neighbors and people in the hall rather loudly. The room was rather dim even with the two lamps on.
