The pool was nice!

Very disappointed with this place, breakfast is from 7am to 9am, I arrived in the dining area around 815am and there was no hot food left so I asked the attendant and asked when more was coming out and was told with a irritated look that there was nothing else being made. They really need to hire people that take pride in their jobs, instead of people to just fill positions that know they can sit around and be lazy to collect a check every week.

Comfortable room at a great value. Appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room (King Deluxe)

Service. Waited 20 mins in lobby for someone to attend me then was told I had to wait 15 more minutes because the clerk wasn’t there to sign me in.

The stay was disappointing. I was traveling with children and stayed here specifically for the indoor heated pool. The pool/spa water was freezing as was the room that housed the pool/spa. I inquired at the front desk & was told rather rudely, "It's open, the hot tub isn't too hot because people take their children in it & it's located by the door." This doesn't make any sense. The pool/spa was way too cold to use! It wasn't secure. Anyone could walk in off the street due to the key card reader being ripped off the exterior door. There were also several shady people hanging around the exits and smoking. The linens were horrible. Sheets were yellowed and bath towels were terribly stained. They should have all been thrown out. Room cleanliness was sub-par, dusty television, unidentifiable smears on bathroom floor. Breakfast was just okay. Not enough of anything. I would not stay here again and in fact checked out a day early without any compensation. .

Spent New Years Eve with my grandkids the indoor pool was okay seem to be pretty clean.

The smell of weed in the hallways for a 100% smoke-free facility? Also had a problem with the keys having to be reprogrammed several times. The staff seem to be frustrated with us returning to the desk for reprogramming.. I was told well your wife was just here. If the key don't work then the key don't work!

EVERYTHING!! I stayed there from December 16th-17th. The whole staff was extremely pleasant and hospitable. The lady who worked in the night I checked in was extremely nice and personable I definitely felt at home. I ended up leaving Sunday night and the hotel was very accommodating to my request. On Saturday night I had gotten a call from the hotel and it turns out the lady who was working that night found my credit card and she called me to tell me she found it and to cancel it if I wasn’t able to come back. I have NEVER had someone call me to tell me they found my card, 99% of people would just keep it and spend it, but not her! I’m amazed at how nice and trustworthy the staff is. Thank you guys for everything! PS: the beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. I was very impressed with everything. PSS: the ladies that worked Friday night 12/16 when we checked in around 830/9 should get a raise as well as the lady who was working Saturday night 12/17!!! They are great assets to your hotel!

Had a place to sleep

"Hot tub" was a Luke warm tub at best. We was booking alot and I always make a note of my husband's service animal. They claimed to never have seen it(every other hotel for past 3+ yrs has) and gave us a heads time about the service dog. Pre charged my car before seeing her ID so now im.waiting a a refund. Stuff was super rude with that situation. If I ever go back I'd only stay here as a last resort.

Location and price was fair.

The cleaning staff was Incredibly loud and disrespectful in the morning. I stepped put to ask them to speak quietly as we were trying to sleep but they continued chatting loudly in the hallway...

Space of room was comfortable

Room is old and gloomy, hot tub/pool was smaller than advertised, hot tub was not hot. Towels were dirty. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. Tv was small.

EVERYTHING was great, Breakfast great, TV great, WIFI great, How Water great NO COMPLAINTS….EXCELLENT staff 10 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room had odor of pot smoke. Was recent .desk clerk was not helpfull. Said he knew it and nothing he could do about it. Had no other rooms. Not a friendly guy.
