Es war das beste Zimmer, das wir je hatten! Zu diesem günstigen Preis erwarteten wir ein ‚normales‘ Zimmer mit zwei Queensize Betten… Aber wir übernachteten in einer grossen Suite mit zusätzlichem Schlaf-Sofa, 2 TVs, Schreibtisch, kleiner Küche, extra Lavabo ausserhalb Badezimmer, super sauber und tolle Aussicht!

Lüftung machte (für mich) unangenehmen Lärm…

Great location in the mountains, comfy beds, and accommodating staff.

Noisy airco pipe outside the window, noisy pipes and thin walls.

staff was great, very helpful, breakfast good..the king bed was excellent...

The room was small for the price we paid. I think it was over rated. Bathroom could have been smaller.

Nothing. Didn’t get to stay there. Wasn’t open so had to go to a different hotel.

To be open. This was the hotel I booked for a reason & couldn’t stay there. Would like some compensation back or at least take the option Off your website.

We booked but when we arrived found the hotel to be closed. No lights or signage and had to find the place in the dark. We finally found it and were greeted by a sign on the door saying they were closed and provided an alternative accommodation option of the Ramada Hotel. Would have been nice to be advised of this before we arrived at 9pm at night. The Ramada was great, lovely people, very helpful and the rooms were nice to relax.

No notification they weren’t open especially as I made a booking months ago.
