The breakfast and location, for sure! The hotel was very nice.

I requested a handicap accessible room but they ran out. The toilet was too low.

Security at night in parking lot

Room was ugly and outdated. They charge a parking fee daily.

I’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inn locations but I think this particular one is my favorite at the moment.

Everything was great.

Cuando hice la reservacion me dieron un folio con la cantidad a pagar cuando llegie al hotel me cobraron mas caro a parte a los dos dias me hicieron otro cargo por una habitacion mas y otro cargo no se de que pero muy mal estoy muy molesta por el cargo de mas de 4000 pesos Eso es fraude.

check in charged $25 for parking w/o notice, refrigerator is eco friendly and only runs 2 hours then off 2 hrs. I didn’t trust to keep leftovers cold enough w/mayonnaise, had to toss it. Area had walking shopping carts and one in the parking area glad paid secured parking fee, just cost more.

Lobby was welcoming. Breakfasts were nice, but it was similar food each morning. Pool/hot tub were not crowded when we chose to use them.

Had to pay $4 to wash clothes and $3 to dry clothes, hotel did not have change machine to get quarters to use for laundry. Woke up in the middle of the night to a strong marijuana smell that lingered for a while. Parking was $25 extra, which I thought was too much for a "three star hotel" like a Hampton Inn. We also found a dead rat in one of the pool's skimmers, not sure how long it had been there (we did inform the front desk clerk when we found it).
