Staff was very friendly. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was great.
Wish that there was a sink/mirror outside of the bathroom, so if someone was in the shower, another person could still be using sink/mirror to get ready.

the breakfast was good.
the body wash was out in the shower-I couldn’t get a drop out. the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly. I wanted the fan to run continuously but it wouldn’t. stuff splattered behind the trash can.

The TV kept loosing signal.
The shower head did not adjust properly.
The handicap bar in the shower is in the way.

Breakfast was great, the staff very friendly, and the rooms and beds were very comfy and clean.

The room didn't smell like mold or mildew because of the heating/ air conditioner unit.
The shower and the carpet looked dirty. Also the night stand drawer handle was half broken off.

Hotel needs to be updated with no carpets in the room. A bigger trash can because the ones in the rooms are mini and can get over filled fast. Room service needed to be provided more frequently.

Breakfast was great! Room was comfortable
Our room was above the front door and each time the automatic doors opened my bed vibrated. Also the outdoor music speaker was right in front and played all night!! I was awake most of the night!!

Requested a ground floor room because of disability and staff had no record of request and couldn’t fulfill request.

the fire alarm went off at least three times for a long time each time. did not get any sleep. it went off at about 3, 4:30 and 6. each time for at least 20 min. they said it was happening due to a dryer.
