Direct access to the pool
Extremely small bathroom, fit and finish in the rooms, dark in the common areas, definite aroma in the air that might be from the pool as it was also odiferous

Stayed in king spa tub room which was very large, comfy bed and quiet.. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.. hotel grounds were clean and looked nice; good location
Room was not cleaned well.. leftover food in fridge, long hair in spa tub, red fabric petal under bed and stain on sheet; breakfast didn't include eggs, bacon or sausage

The maintenance man I ran into in the hall was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and roomy.
The girl checking me in was nice but no smile or even friendly. The AC made a bad rumbling noise every so often which made it very difficult to sleep. I did not eat breakfast because the bacon was burnt and if you touched it it broke into pieces. I travel alone and like to feel appreciated and noticed for safety reasons and didn't get that from the front desk.

The lights didn't work in the bathroom when we checked in, frig didn't work well in the room, and didn't have enough towels in thr room when we checked in.

Room was by an Exit and was able to park car outside of my room.
Saturday evening came back to my room after being gone all day, and the Air Conditioner wasn't working. Called the front desk and let the lady know she misunderstood me & brought a hair dryer. Told her the Air Conditioner wasn't working. Finally, after an hour or so, it started working.

The room was of good size and it was clean. The bed was comfy as I slept well all 3 nights there.

The room and hotel were moderately clean. The price was acceptable.
The area was terrible. The fire alarm went off in our room for no reason 3 times. Two of those times was in the middle of the night and gave us a heart attack.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was good with quite a few choices.
$100 deposit doesn't bother me it's the having to wait 7 to 10 business days for it to be credited back to my account.
