Crap stain on my sheets and no hot water in the morning!!

Room furnishings were on the basic side. On-site free internet only just barely worked, that aspect could definitely use improvement

The beds were super comfortable, I liked that the shower had the handicap bar in it. The staff was very helpful & super nice. I will definitely be staying here again.
I didn't like that the occupants on the other side of my room complained to the front desk that my sister and I were making too much noise when all we were doing was talking & our TV wasn't even loud. The mgr knocked at our room as I was getting in the shower to say he has complaints from next room over & after hearing that we weren't being loud after all he apologized.

only location!!…and at least…pool area was on the correct side of bldg for sun…BUT NO LOUNGE CHAIRS!!…i had to lay on towel on ground…housekeeping staff were wonderful…pleasant and helpful!!..
i didn’t realize how old property was!… Old furniture, the shower and tub didn’t work properly, no drain stopper so I couldn’t fill the bath, shower curtain was mildew… Saw several bugs, no outlets anywhere near the bathroom and bathroom sink…bedspread had stains and burn marks..and most inconvenient issue…NO IRON OR HAIRDRYER IN ROOM!!…housekeeper finally found ironing board AND i had to go purchase a hairdryer!!..
