Nothing!!! The staff looked like crack heads. The room and the entire hotel had no working internet, no blankets, almost no window coverings for privacy. This is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS hotel!! The police showed up and arrested someone for drugs. I left and slept at the hotel next to Howard Johnson's. Could not reach the staff on the phone. I want my money back!!

Everything!! This place needs to shut down or even be demolished!! There was no extra security latch on the door, only the deadbolt. No one in their right mind would stay there!! There needs to be a staff that cares!!

Terrible. Worst experience ever. Cockroaches in room and lobby. Pictures nothing like what it actually looks like. False advertising: Originally chose because it included breakfast. At check in they told me they don’t do breakfast. Went into room and there were no towels or bed covers. Had to yell outside for maintenance and waited maybe 10-15 minutes to get helped. Finally got towels. Another customer who just got off the bus had to wait outside in the cold to be serviced to check in because the lobby was locked and nobody was there. When I located someone to help her, management said there were no more rooms. She said she has a reservation and already paid her money. Then he helped her. Waited a long time to get covers. Still waiting. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money at this place. Update 12/14/23: Smells like weed. They never gave us the blankets. Mind you, when I first parked in the parking lot, she told me that our room was ready for us. After waiting a very long time, I called maintenance and she said the blankets are being washed and dried. It was between 8-9pm. I told her I had kids with me what was I supposed to do? I asked for a refund because there was no way I was going to stay there when they can’t even provide the basics like blankets and she refused to give me a refund because I was there for more than 15 minutes from check in. (It took about 15 minutes if not more of waiting in the cold just to get somebody to help me for towels.) She offered me wet blankets, I said absolutely not, I need a refund because this is unacceptable and they are also false advertising (see note above about breakfast). She told me that I should’ve called ahead of time and asked if they offered breakfast before going there, I said why would I do that if you are advertising that there is breakfast. I insisted on my refund and she hung up on me. I reported it to the police. Apparently the place is well known to the local police.

The guy in the front office was super nice and attentive!

Complete false advertisements... no breakfast offered no fridge in room......when I got here the guy in the office said I'll warn you the rooms don't look anything like the pics...hair all over the bathroom!

The new staff and the new management was great and will try to accommodate when they can. They have washing machine anddryer at the hotel which is an great thing *you have to paid to use it* and also the room was clean and smelling nice which was an plus for me.

I booked a KING ROOM and got a full-size bed with dirty sheets and a throw blanket on top. There were no towels and rags. There was a bad odor in the room that literally made me sick on the stomach. I was very disappointed but you get what you pay for.

It was extremely dirty…1 bed didn’t have a flat sheet…you can’t get extra towels because of shortage on them so they have to wash and dry your towels while we wait
