Denise at City Center is an amazing attendant. The location is good. I didn't like how when you try to extend your stay, you are charged a rate higher than the rate you originally booked. Due to this, I will be looking into other options instead of staying at INTOWN SUITES. If I book at a rate and extend my stay, I should pay the rate I booked, not a newer rate that keeps going up each time you extend your stay.

Being charged more, each time, for extending my stay. Difficulty in connecting to wifi.

Roaches, lack of cleanliness, not good lighting, beds are not comfortable, linens are dingy, bring bleach and bug spray with you
