New renovations were noticeable. Sitting area in room much more comfortable. toilet flushed well. comfortable shower.

Price seemed higher. Breakfast was unchanged, not that inviting.

Pool rules and every half hour was not good! We had to call 3x to get someone to come fix the toilet. Needed towels never got them. Ran out of toilet paper.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, es gibt ein Schwimmbad mit Rutsche (zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay) und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir waren drei Nächte da und haben die erste Nacht ein Zimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl bekommen. Das war zu laut und auf nette Nachfrage haben wir ein neues Zimmer auf dem Flur bekommen und haben dann fantastisch geschlafen. Wir haben hier unsere Wäsche wunderbar waschen können, das Bett war komfortabel.

Es könnte sauberer sein, die Fenster waren sehr dreckig und in den Ecken sowie hinter der Tür im Bad war nicht gründlich geputzt. Das Frühstück war okay, leider wie überall in den USA gab es nur Einweggeschirr und Plastikbesteck. Während Europa Einwegplastik verbietet, wird hier täglich in vielen Hotels landesweit für eine riesige Menge Müll gesorgt.

The waffles slapped. They had two flavors and the sausage wasn’t that bad tbh. They even had yogurts.

It was all great. It smelt clean when we walked in.

Please take this as constructive criticism to hopefully improve your operations: I vonsider my stay far from the Hilton high standard I have experienced in the past. The room had a terrible view to the side of the swimming pool (very poor design), some doors and furniture were damaged, carpet and other parts looked old and shabby. Breakfast was below average as for service desk on first night of stay (as I raised a few issues and one of them partially resolved while others required at least a better, more emphatic and resolution driven response). Sofa bed should be better.

The hallways were very hot. No air conditioning at all.

6:30 am fire alarm. Everyone had to leave their beds to go out in the parking lot and based on the reviews, this was not the first time this happened. No fire, no smoke, no sleep.

Always enjoy a stay at a Hampton Inn. As nd the hot breakfast was very good.

Easy to get to, lots of amenities close by, very hospitable staff. Perfect. And a good price!

The room was very dark and people next door had a dog barking at 12 PM for 45 minutes nonstop. Also, they gave me an attitude when I needed my room cleaned when I requested with the receptionist at check-in about having my room cleaned on Saturday.

I didn’t like how there was a dog barking all night and I believe also, I did not like how dark it was in the room. We were all so close to the elevator, which made more noise and then cleaning crew did not clean our room so we had to leave at 5 PM so they could clean our room when asked the day before to have my room cleaned and they said they are cleaning rooms daily so it shouldn’t be a problem.

It was quite and away from the city. Location location. I loved the breakfast.

I guessing because the pool is so close to the elevator is the reason there was water puddles near the elevator. This was scary for me because I see slip and falls all the time. My stay what have been rated better if I did not see this every time I used the elevator.

The kids loved the pool! The staff was kind. Good choices for breakfast. Beds were comfortable!

That other guests on our floor thought it was ok to let there kids play in the corridor. It did become quite noisy.

Kids loved the slide, we were a little thrown by having to reserve and only getting an hour for the pool but it would likely have been too crowded if they didn’t do it that way. Location is great, tons of food options. We did two queens with pull out sofa and it was perfect, the living room space was quite big.

The room was amazing...clean.. modern...the beds were very comfortable and the room so spacious. One was able to work at a desk while the other was able to sleep in one of the beds in another section of the room with no disturbances. The pool area is definitely nice. The location is great , nearby multiple food choices and close to main stream on/off ramps. I would definitely stay here again! It was probably my first perfect stay anywhere!!

My kids loved loved loved the slide and the pool. They really enjoyed their breakfast and the suite was great. It had the perfect amount of space for them to play and enjoy themselves. Staff were very helpful and friendly!
