Loved that it at the tiki bar and marina
Said staff would be there 24 hours. Tried to leave early to catch a flight. They told me I could pay cash then there was no one there to help me at check out at 5am. Really not that early in my opinion. Couldn’t shower in the morning or the water would be nuke warm and would come on and off. Guessing the hotel was at top complicity and could not hold up to others showering at the same time. Breakfast was decent actually.

The size of the room was awesome and It had a mini kitchen and breakfast was good.
The beds were very hard and the furniture in the room was dated. There were chairs with stains on them and a pull-out couch with a mattress that was about an inch thick. The couch was uncomfortable and the coffee table was barely standing.

Very motel-like. Dirty. Clean at a first glance. Bathroom grout was dirty, hair (not ours) stuck to the bathtub, room smelled funky, towels had stains, grout around toilet was dirty and gross.
Air conditioning let out weird smell when used, couldn’t even use TV in the gym, floor look like it had been washed with dirt water.
Tiki bar is so busy that locals come, WHO TAKE UP ALL THE PARKING AT THE HOTEL. We had trouble finding parking, and WE PAID TO BE HERE!!

Great location and the restaurant and bar had really good food. Pool was nice
No hot tub. Our bathroom had no ventilation sliders were old and difficult to open and close. The bar for additional security was installed incorrectly

Unfriendly, unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodating staff, worse customer treatment I have ever experienced. Customer service needs serious improvement. Cleanness of the property was an issue and not only because of interior remodeling - windows had dirty stains on them in the breakfast area.

Wenn man unbedingt mitbekommen möchte ,worüber im Nachbarzimmer gesprochen wird ,bucht unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Verbindugstür.Den Straßenlärm hört man Tag und Nacht.Unser Aufenthalt waren 4 Nächte und es gab 4 Tage keinen normalen Kaffee.

The pool was great, the breakfast was nice and the pancake machine was a great option.
The hotel is under refurbishment in the breakfast hall, so some of the areas were off-limits. There was little noise which was good but there were a few smells.

For the price, the room was as expected, it's not a 5* but your not paying for 5* prices. Clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. As a base for the area it was more than suitable.
Breakfast wasn't the best, had it the first day but then went to a local diner for the other days.

Everything was fantastic! We will be back. Carmen even gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday

Front desk staff was amazing & the rooms were remodeled from the last time we came which was awesome
Customer service from the staff in the morning that provided breakfast was horrible. When I can in with family there was a big line we had to wait for, once we got to the front I feed the kids first & was waiting for them to add more eggs, when I asked the lady about the eggs she said they we’re closing and they were already telling us to hurry and leave. I was left with no breakfast & the whole time I was there making my coffee, you can feel that the workers were annoyed by us & just wanted us to hurry up and leave. I didn’t even finish getting the kids juice or anything. It was a horrible experience. I understand that it was probably a few minutes before they were closing but it should of been done in another way, not making your guest feel like they are being thrown out before being able to get breakfast. They literally saw how much me & my family had to wait for other families to take their time & get their breakfast & did not care.

A/C was a little noisy but that is because we are not used to that type of a unit. Bathrooms could use an overhaul but they were clean

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT
When we checked in for our reserved room on the second floor, with a balcony, the handle on the door was so loose, we were afraid it would fall off. The view from this room was a large construction site which would be very noisy and very ugly.
We had to go down to the front desk and get a different room on the first floor. The receptionist gave us a map for where our room was. She gave us the wrong room number, so when we tried the card key, it didn't work. So, we had to go to the front desk again to get the correct room number for the card key we had. This room also had a sliding door for the balcony which didn't work, so we couldn't use it and had to get to the balcony by leaving our room and walking to the back so we could sit on the balcony. Extremely annoying because we arrived at 8PM and didn't actually have the correct set up by 9PM. Very inept. We should have received a partial credit for all of our inconvenience, but none was offered.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the breakfast staff and reception. Everything was in good order with supplies topped up daily.
Good and up to scratch hotel with good staff service.
Rooms on the road side must be well sound insulated as the road was not a noise problem at all.
Breakfast room was undergoing refurbishment so much of it not usable - but no issue as not busy.
Bar was very rowdy and loud the first night.
No elevator so have to lug your bags up to the 1st floor. Not a problem for us but could be if you're not capable.
